Unlike some other inverters the output of the QM80 is compatible with almost all smaller electrical appliances. The output voltage available from a standard wall outlet has an RMS voltage of 230-240v AC and a peak voltage of approximately 340v. Electrical appliances producing heat require the correct RMS voltage, while other appliances require the correct peak voltage. Some inverters do not meet both of these requirements, the QM80 produces a waveform with the required RMS to peak relationship. |
